💼 REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At TBN Connect, we aim to deliver value through digital empowerment. We take pride in delivering digital tools and services efficiently. However, due to the nature of our products (many of which are digital and instantly accessible), our Refund and Cancellation policy is as follows:


1. General Policy

Once a digital product or service has been activated, customized, or delivered (e.g., Mini Website, WhatsApp CRM, Poster Pack, AI Tools access, etc.), no refunds shall be issued.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment made by mistake (with valid proof)
  • Service not delivered due to technical error or TBN Connect’s failure, and user has not availed any part of it
  • Project cancelled before initiation, and no design/technical work has been started

All eligible refunds will be processed and Credited within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Digital vCards / Mini Websites once created or delivered
  • WhatsApp CRM access after account setup
  • META or Google Ad Spend (handled by third-party platforms)
  • Affiliate payouts or commissions already paid
  • Custom creatives or AI Tool licenses provided under the package
  • Digital Posters, Templates, or Creative Bundles once shared

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions or digital plans can be cancelled before activation or onboarding.
  • To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment (and before service delivery begins).
  • No cancellations will be entertained once the service setup has started or assets have been shared.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes or disagreements, users are encouraged to contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all issues with clarity and fairness. Legal disputes, if any, shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


7. Policy Updates
